Josh is a Vice President at Arrowhead. Prior to joining Arrowhead, Josh worked as an investment banking analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Jefferies. Josh was elected Phi Beta Kappa and received a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Mary Gay
Partner
Mary is a Partner of Arrowhead. Prior to Arrowhead, Mary worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Gleacher NatWest and in the Acquisition Finance Group at National Westminster Bank. She was also a consultant in Ernst and Young's General Management Consulting Group. Mary received an MBA from New York University and a BS from The University of Richmond.
Elliott Jones

Elliott is a Partner of Arrowhead. His experience in junior capital began in 1987 when he established and headed the Subordinated Debt Group at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Besides negotiating, structuring and managing principal deals, the Group also placed subordinated debt with other institutional investors. After 22 years at Chase, he joined Gleacher NatWest in 1996 to build a leveraged finance group focusing on middle-market transactions, including building a portfolio of mezzanine debt investments. In 2001, the Principals of the mezzanine group, headed by Mr. Jones, raised their first institutional mezzanine fund of $300 million. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Colgate University and has an MBA from Columbia University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. He also served as lieutenant in the US Navy.
Ella Li
Vice President of Finance
Ella is the Vice President of Finance at Arrowhead. Prior to joining Arrowhead, Ella worked at SS&C from 2015 to 2019 as a manager within the Real Assets group. Prior to SS&C, Ella worked at JPMorgan Private Equity Real Estate group from 2013 to 2015, and she worked at Ernst & Young Asset Management Assurance group from 2007 to 2013. Ella received a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
Gerald Parsky
Partner
Gerald is the Founder and Chairman of Aurora Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Parsky served as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 1974-1977. For the next 14 years, Mr. Parsky was affiliated with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he was a Senior Partner and member of the Executive and Management Committees. Aurora, founded in 1991, has successfully invested approximately $3 billion in 35 platform investments and over 100 add-on acquisitions with strong returns driven by operational improvement from a world class group of principals and advisors. Mr. Parsky is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia Law School.
Craig Pisani

Craig is a Partner of Arrowhead. Prior to Arrowhead, Craig worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Gleacher NatWest. Prior to joining Gleacher NatWest in 1996, he spent four years at Prudential Investment Corporation. Craig received an MBA from New York University and a BA from Lafayette College.
Larry Bossidy
Former Chairman and CEO of Honeywell and AlliedSignal
Larry Bossidy is the former Chairman/CEO of Honeywell International and AlliedSignal. Before joining AlliedSignal, Mr. Bossidy served in a number of executive and financial positions with General Electric Company, ultimately serving as Vice Chairman and Executive Officer. He is a former member of the Aurora Capital Partners advisory board. Mr. Bossidy is a graduate of Colgate University.
Mark Byrne
Founder and Former CEO of Basic Chemical Solutions
Mark Byrne is the founder of Basic Chemical Solutions and was CEO until its sale to Univar in 2010 where he ultimately served as COO, Executive Chairman of Basic Chemical Solutions and Chairman of the Univar Commodities Oversight Board. Prior to Basic Chemical Solutions, Mr. Byrne began his career in 1980 at AlliedSignal where he held roles in several functional areas culminating as President of AlliedSignal’s Fluorine Products Division. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Univar, sits on the Board of Managers of V Global Holdings and is an operating partner of Endurance Partners.
William Harrison
Former Chairman and CEO of JP Morgan Chase
William Harrison is the former Chairman and CEO of JP Morgan Chase. Previously he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Chase Manhattan Corporation and presided over the mergers with J.P. Morgan in 2000 and Bank One in 2004. He is a former member of the Aurora Capital Partners Advisory Board. Mr. Harrison is a director of Merck & Co., Inc. and a director of Cousins Properties, Inc. Mr. Harrison received a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's International Senior Management Programme in Switzerland.
John Myers
Former President and CEO of GE Asset Management
John Myers is the former President and CEO of GE Asset Management and served with GE for 38 years and also was a lieutenant in the US Navy. He is a former Senior Advisor to the investment firm Angelo Gordon, a former member of the Aurora Capital Partners advisory board and also serves as an Advisor to Academy Securities and on the Board of Directors of The Pebble Beach Company. Mr. Myers graduated from Wagner College with a BS in Mathematics.
